Rydges Port Macquarie has announced their delicious Christmas Lunch and Dinner Menu for 2008 - read below for the menu list.
On the Menu:
-fresh king prawns and Sydney rock oysters,
-smoked salmon with capers, cream cheese & dill roulade,
-coffin bay scallops with chilli jam & lime,
-papaya salad with thai herbs, tomato, bocconchini salad with sweet basil & olive oil,
-marinated eggplant & roasted peppers salad,
-twice cooked duck breast with an orange glaze,
-roasted lamb rump with rosemary, garlic & thyme,
-pan seared fish fillet with fennel & a lemon butter sauce,
-red braised chicken with soba noodle ponzu dressing,
-roasted Black Angus beef served with a demi glaze,
-roasted turkey breast with a cashew nut & thyme stuffing,
-honey glazed carved ham to order,
-roasted pork loins with apple and star anise sauce
Dessert:
-sliced assorted tropical fruits & fresh berries,
-white and dark chocolate mousse,
-lemon meringue pie,
-assorted cakes & tarts,
-passionfruit pavlova,
-traditional Christmas pudding with a brandy custard sauce
Lunch from 12 noon
Dinner from 6.00pm
Cost: Adults: $99
Children Aged 11-17: $45
Children Aged 5-10: $30
Children Under 5: Free
Package includes Christmas table decorations, a visit from Santa and a present for the kids (aged between 0-10).
