Executive Chef Mark Murdoch is so excited about the newly refurbished and branded ‘Sphere Restaurant’ that he just had to write a new menu incorporating all the food he loves!
Come in and try one of Mark’s signature steaks, or the beautiful Lamb Rack with rubbed pistachio nuts & coriander, warm spinach & mint salad.
If red meat is not for you; Mark has catered to all needs with lovely mains including a Mussaman chicken curry or a butternut pumpkin ravioli with sage buerre noisette. Whatever your tastes, there is something here for you!
