We believe that your dream wedding should be as stress free as possible therefore we are extremely happy to offer you our all inclusive wedding venue packages.
Our packages include assistance from our wedding coordinator from the day of your initial enquiry. Your selection of menu and beverage packages or options, venue hire, white linen consisting of napkins, lycra chair covers, skirting for the bridal, gift and cake table, use of a cake knife, PA system with microphone (hand held or lapel) and lectern for speeches, dance floor (for Joseph Banks Ballroom), highchairs, typed seating plan, menus (for set menus) and beverage lists. Table centrepieces and chair ties as selected by you are also included in this package.
Your special day should be stress free therefore any additional items you decide to provide such as name cards or guest gifts, will be set up for you at no additional cost.
Included in your package is a complimentary day use Ocean view room to relax in and enjoy getting ready with access from 8:00am and a complimentary cheese platter and bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. Reception staff will direct suppliers (hairdresser, make up artists) to your room.
For the Bride and Groom overnight accommodation is included in a King room with a full buffet breakfast and late check out of 2:00pm the following day.
