New Plasma TV's hit the Beach - Mission Beach

Castaways Resort on Mission Beach is an award-winning property managed by Rydges Hotels and Resorts. For the past 10 months the ocean-front resort has been undergoing considerable change to upgrade its 49 rooms, restaurant and facilities while adding a state-of-the-art conference centre expected to open in June this year.
According to Castaways’ General Manager, Darren Pike, the arrival of the new, 32" inch plasma televisions is all part of the refurbishment program – along with new Rydges Dream Beds, Dorf bathroom fittings and curtains.
“The rooms are looking fantastic having received a fresh coat of paint, and with the arrival of the new TV’s and then furniture and fittings next month, it will top off the work already completed around the rest of the resort including upgrades to our restaurant and bar, complete with gorgeous new day bed overlooking the pool and Coral Sea. What we now offer guests is a beautiful relaxing atmosphere to laze by the pool and enjoy all this beautiful region has to offer.”
