Rydges Oasis Resort Caloundra now welcomes your family pet

At Rydges Oasis Caloundra we understand that your Pets are a part of your family. They are as important to us as they are to you. We extend a warm welcome to your furry family member at Rydges Oasis in our designated Pet Friendly Rooms. When making your reservation be sure to advise us about your pet(s) who will be staying with you, so we can arrange the correct bedding for them. For the $50 pet upgrade you will have. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance on 07 5491 0333:
•Bedding
•A food & water bowl
•Cat scratching pole
•Litter tray
•Toys
All pets are welcome inside under supervision but are not allowed on furniture or beds. Guests will be responsible for damage their pets may cause; this will be deducted from your credit card. It is policy that all pets are treated for fleas & have up to date vaccinations.
Terms
•Pets must be 15KG or less
•Pet must be house trained
•No more than 2 pets per room
•Pet must not be left unattended in the room for more than 10mins
•Pet must be in their travel cage if unattended
•Pet must be on leash in the Resort area. Pet can be off leash in the paddock if controlled
•A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the pet soils the room
•Noisy pets may be asked to leave
•No pets are allowed in the food & Beverage areas of the resort.
Most Important Pet Friendly Conditions
•You agree to be responsible for your pet during your stay and in particular that only well behaved and supervised pets are allowed inside the premises. Pets are not to be locked in the room for more than 10 minutes
•You agree to water down areas of grass where your pet has urinated and pick up and dispose of any droppings and litter.
•You agree to treat your pet for fleas & ticks prior to your stay please ensure that your up to date vaccination certification is left at checkin.
•We will not allow any pet that is vicious or that barks excessively ( we do understand that dogs bark from time to time) No dangerous doges are permitted on site as defined in section 5 of the Companion Animals Act 1998
