Water sports is a popular past time on the Sunshine Coast and attracts many enthusiasts and professionals of Surfing, Body Boarding, Wake-Boarding, Kite Surfing etc. (the list goes on).
We would like to introduce to you now - Skurfing!
Situated in Bli Bli and just a 40 minute drive from Caloundra. Ski'n'Skurf has been established for fifteen years and has expanded to provide the new section- Slider Sessions. Slider Sessions is where the more experienced or professionals can hit the many different jumps and ramps ie. A-Fram, Setup Flatbar, Small and Big Kicker's. Recently the Australian Cable Wakeboard Pro Tour finals were held at Ski'n'Surf Bli Bli which will be held annually.
Trained professionals will teach you how to Skurf if you are a beginner by starting on the Knee Board. From there you can try skiing, skurfing (on a surf board) or wakeboarding. It's a great sport to get into especially when it's on a hot day on the Sunshine Coast.
