Rydges Sabaya Resort Port Douglas is delighted to welcome chef Craig Barron to its culinary team as Chef De Partie and second-in-charge of the Resort Kitchen to Executive Chef, Lance Seeto.
Craig brings a wealth of Restaurant and Resort experience to the position, having worked previously in Port Douglas at Treetops, and most recently at Cable Beach Club in Broome, WA.
Craig has been instrumental in helping to develop the Resort’s new menus, building on a renewed focus for local produce and flavours.
Craig will also take lead in representing Rydges Sabaya’s food outlet at this year’s Food & Wine Festival during Carnivale 2008, showcasing new dishes for the winter season.
