Rydges South Bank’s Executive Chef, Todd Farr has created and released a new menu for CBD Café Bar to satisfy our cooler weather tastes.
Below is a sneak preview of the new menu to tickle your tastebuds:
BREADS -CBD bruschetta -Herb & roasted garlic brushed turkish loaf, selection of dips
MINI BOWLS -Italian meatballs, tomato, basil, reggiano -Spiced salt and pepper prawns, garlic aioli -Malaysian chicken satays, peanut sauce -Fried squid, rocket, lemon and tartare -Crumbed queen olives stuffed with feta -Wild mushroom arancini, truffled aioli
SALADS & SIDES -CBD signature Caesar -Greek salad with ligurian olives and whipped feta -Seasonal garden salad -Crispy parsley potatoes -Shoe string fries, sea salt & aioli -Garden green vegetables
SANDWICHES (served until 4pm daily) -CBD club-double smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, turkey, egg & swiss cheese -CBD house burger, smoked cheese, tomato relish, crispy onions -Turkey, avocado, brie and cranberry sauce -Corned wagyu Rueben on rye and piccalilli
WOOD FIRED PIZZAS -Margherita – cherry tomatoes, buffalo milk mozzarella, basil -Pepperoni – cherry tomatoes, buffalo milk mozzarella & fresh herbs -Supreme – ham, pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers, onions & olives -Asparagus, goat’s curd, walnuts with truffled egg -Marinated field mushrooms, taleggio, rosemary and garlic -Roast pumpkin – marinated feta, baby spinach, pine nuts -Italian meatball, cherry tomato, basil and reggiano -Garlic prawns with chilli, roasted peppers and salsa verde -Confit ocean trout, dill crème fraiche, red onion, rocket and lilliput capers -Lyonnaise potatoes, kassler, soused onions and drunken raisins -Tandoori chicken, roasted cashews, cucumber raita, mint chutney -Organic zucchini, white anchovies, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, bagna caude
