He has cooked aboard a Saudi Prince’s cruiser, was a head chef in the Channel Islands and has a penchant for French food. He is of course British-born chef James Reeson – the host of Nine’s weekday afternoon cooking program, 'Alive and Cooking'.
Mr Reeson has been in town this week, sampling the best produce, wine and locations our state has to offer – and whilst here he chose to stay at Rydges South Park Adelaide.
During his stay Mr Reeson filmed a range of three recipes, the Skyline Restaurant and it’s signature dish – the seafood platter and also interviewed our Chef!
To top it all off Mr Reeson and his camera crew filmed our accommodation rooms. The episodes filmed here at the Rydges South Park will air on Adelaide and Perth’s Channel 9 and regional channel WIN within the coming year!
