Auckland Zoo is located just west of downtown Auckland and being less than 4kms from the CBD it’s only minutes away for you viewing pleasure.
Auckland Zoo will be celebrating its 85th Anniversary this year and along these years the Zoo has gone through major changes. Including a brand new vet centre “New Zealand Centre of Conservation Medicine (NZCCM) which has just opened this year.
The zoo holds over 2000 species, which are on display everyday. The Zoo offers many tours that the whole family can enjoy and you do not have to pre-book, just ask the information centre on arrival.
