Rydges Harbour View Auckland receives 4 star plus Qualmark rating.
Rydges Harbour View Auckland is delighted to announce it has just been awarded a 4 star plus rating by Qualmark. Also received in late 2008 was Green Globe bronze benchmarking, and Rydges Harbour View Auckland is currently working with Qualmark to achieve recognition for responsible tourism.
After a $3 million rejuvenation of the existing 188 rooms in 2007, Rydges Harbour View Auckland is well under way with Stage 2 of its development. Investing an additional $20 million, adding:
81 new rooms and suites
Increased conference space for up to 450
New rooftop conference venue
On site gymnasium
New restaurants and bar
New lobby and front desk
Public areas and increased conference space are due for completion mid 2009, with the remaining development on schedule for completion in early 2010.
