Thredbo Alpine Hotel will host weekly Winemakers dinners in the Segreto Restaurant.
Each Wednesday throughout August Experience wines from some of Australia's leading winemakers, perfectly matched with dishes created by the executive chef, Jean-Michel Gerst.
