Andre Rieu's 'The World Stadium Tour' titled 'A romantic night in Vienna' will include a stopover in Western Australia, where he and his 250 performers will bring Subiaco Oval to its feet.
'A romantic night in Vienna' will take place against the biggest transportable set ever. The set requires 100 stage builders and 250 staff to assemble and is transported in 80 cargo containers. Guests will be blown away by the enormous 12 tonnes of sound equipment and the huge stage measuring 125 metres wide and 30 metres deep; requiring two 160 tonne cranes to assemble.
Andre Rieu has sold more than 1 Million albums in Australia and will be sure to dazzle and impress even the hardest critic as he performs on his present instrument, a violin built in 1667 by Antonio Stradivarius.
