Rydges Hotels & Resorts announces opening of new Brighton Beach, Melbourne Hotel |
Sydney, Australia, 22 July 2008: Rydges today announced the signing of its first management agreement with Pace Development Group a progressive Melbourne based Property Company.
As Melbourne continues to be Australia’s most liveable city attracting a non-stop program of festivals, sports and major events, Rydges has affirmed its commitment to this region by opening the new Rydges Brighton Beach Hotel.
Located in one of the City’s most desirable suburbs Brighton Beach, Rydges Brighton Beach is a newly constructed modern upscale hotel. It is due to open its doors 1st November 2008. The property offers 60 guest rooms with a mix of queen and king deluxe bedding and a range of layouts to take advantage its surrounds. It will also include a contemporary restaurant and bar as well as event space for up to 50 delegates.
The lobby incorporates an innovative reception and bar space that sparks a vibrant welcome to match the energy and reputation of its beachside location. The hotel's guest rooms offer the very best in upscale room facilities and it has been designed to reflect crisp Australian style with a minimalist and functional elegance. High-speed internet access and wireless connectivity is available in room and throughout the hotel. It will also showcases the Rydges Dream Beds™ and Rise Breakfast™ both signature brand elements.
Other facilities at the hotel include Endota Day Spa; the ultimate escape to nurture and soothe the mind, body and soul. Offering a total of six treatment rooms and Endota boasts the reputation as one of Australia’s premier spa boutiques.
