Rydges Hotels signs first management agreement with Primewest Management Ltd |
Sydney, Australia, 21 July 2008: Rydges today announced the signing of its first property in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. The 92-room Resort Hotel will be branded as Rydges Kalgoorlie (formerly Broadwater Resort Hotel Kalgoorlie).
Norman Arundel, Managing Director of Rydges said, "The signing of this agreement with Primewest Management is a clear indicator of mineral boom and tourism potential happening in Western Australia. We are excited about bringing the first Rydges hotel to this historic and thriving region that will offer a world-class guest experience and hotel standards."
