Opened in October 2012 and located on the second level of Rydges South Bank, BACCHUS offers outstanding cuisine. Menus are based on some of Australia’s finest Olive Oils, featuring interpretations of Mediterranean classics with modern European influence.
HIGH TEA AT BACCHUS
Bacchus offers a range of High Tea menus ranging from classic scones with fine preserve and chantilly cream to an indulgent Champagne High Tea complete with an assortment of dainty sandwiches and sweet treats accompanied by a glass of Moet Champagne. High Tea at Bacchus is a right royal affair, with your selection of High Tea served to you on the very same fine china used by The Goring (where the late Queen Mum chose to take high tea). Available 2.30pm to 5.30pm, Tuesday to Sunday in the Bacchus restaurant and poolside.
The Bacchus degustation menu is designed to transport you on a gastronomic and sensory journey. Each course is driven by the very finest seasonal produce and is executed in perfect balance with the next. Prepare yourself for an explosion of flavour, texture and colour.
