Rydges South Bank has extensive meeting & event facilities across 2 levels of function space that can comfortably cater for 12 to 600 delegates.

In October the hotel launched the amazing new Podium Functions & Events Centre after an extensive $12 million renovation. These state-of-the-art rooms can comfortably cater for up to 550 delegates theatre style or 320 cabaret. For flexibility, the walls tastefully divide the space creating 4 private rooms, all opening out onto a terrace area which allows natural light into the rooms. The Podium Rooms can adapt from the professional to the elegant to meet your needs. Suitable for exhibitions, plenary and breakout requirements. Also located on the Podium Level is one of the hotel's private boardrooms - "Podium 5" suitable for meetings with up to 12 guests.

The Level 12 Rooftop is a spectacular private venue that features large glass windows showcasing magnificent, uninterrupted panoramic views of the Brisbane river and city skyline. With black out curtains and sound proof movable walls, the space tastefully divides into 2 private meeting rooms with a shared pre-function area. Perfect for your next business meeting or product launch.
