Bacchus Restaurant Awarded 2 Chef Hats
After just one year of trade Bacchus has been awarded two coveted Chef Hats in the Australian Good Food Guide 2014 Restaurant Awards.
AGFG Chef Hats are awarded for food alone, with the objective being to reward exceptional chefs.
The six key areas the awards are assessed on include ingredients, taste, presentation, technique and value.
The award places Bacchus in the top 3% of restaurants in Australia.
“We are extremely honoured to have been recognised with two hats in this year’s awards,” said Bacchus Head Chef Mark Penna.
“It is a true testament to the passion and dedication of our hard working team.”
