Cairns Regional Council offers FREE Active Living Fitness classes on and around Cairns Esplanade every week including Tai Chi every Wednesday at 6.30am at the Main Plaza on Cairns Esplanade.

Tai Chi is a form of Chinese martial art that is known for it's health benefits, including reduced fatigue, improved balance, coordination and posture, improved mood, while also being a great low impact, toning exercise.
