Join the Aqua Aerobics class every Monday at 6.30am at the Cairn Lagoon Pool.

Aquatic exercise is a low impact, effective, and fun way to get fit, burn calories, strengthen joints and bones and reduce stress. Aqua aerobics increases general well being with little or no impact and you don't even have to be able to swim!
