Lower numbers will incur a room hire charge in-line with minimum spends for low demand periods; room hire subject to final numbers confirmed. Package includes morning & afternoon tea, hot buffet lunch served standing on the conference floor with soup upgrade. Alterations to the meal service periods will incur additional charges. Hot Lunch upgrade inclusion strictly based on minimum 30 delegates per day – otherwise Chef’s Gourmet Sandwich buffet applies.
