Boxing Day Test Christchurch
For the first time in over a decade, the Boxing Day Test is returning to the New Zealand Cricket Calender. The new and improved Hagley Oval will hold its maiden test ahead of the ICC Cricket World Cup in February 2015.
The Black Caps will take on Sri Lanka in the ANZ International Series and the first Boxing Day test to be held in the south island. It's been a long time between drinks for international cricket in Canterbury and Christchurch locals are looking forward to a Boxing Day cricket bonanza.

One Day International Cricket Christchurch
Fresh off the back of the ANZ Test Series, the Black Caps again grace Christchurch's newly refurbished Hagley Oval with One Day International Cricket.
In an ideal Pre February World Cup warm up the Black Caps will continue their tussle with Sri Lanka in the shorter format of our Summer sport.

World Buskers Festival 2015

Cricket World Cup
23 years after the highly successfully 1992 event, the Cricket World Cup returns to Australia & New Zealand in February 2015.
Christchurch's newly refurbished Hagely Oval has won the right to host the opening match of the tournament on the 14th of February between local lads the Black Caps and Sri Lanka. Full Christchurch schedule:
14th February: NZ vs Sri Lanka
21st February: Pakistan vs West Indies
23rd February: England vs Scotland
Hopes are high for a long awaited Black Caps victory, what better way to do it than on home soil! Accommodation will be at premium so be sure to get in early and book with Rydges Latimer and enjoy a day out on the embankment watching the One Day action!
