Flexibility is very important to us, we want you to make your day your own and we will do everything we can to accommodate your requests and ideas.

Each of our three magnificent function rooms have floor to ceiling windows displaying the spectacular surrounding views. These rooms can be enjoyed until midnight and can accommodate groups from 30 to 200 guests. Specifically designed for ease and practicality, our package has been made up to suit a variety of different budgets and tastes.

With magnificent views and just a 5 minute flat walk along the lakefront to the centre of Queenstown, the hotel is in a prime position for any successful conference, meeting or function. With the choice of five conference venues, we can comfortably accommodate 5 to 500 people.  And the big bonus- unmatched views across the water to some of the most majestic scenery in New Zealand.

Our conference rooms (most with natural light) cater to all needs, from board meetings to conferences for up to 450 delegates and gala dinners for 250 delegates.

Residential and day conference packages are available and can be tailored to suit your individual requirements.

Affordable, high speed and secure Broadband Internet access (both wired & wireless) is available in all conference rooms. 

Have your morning tea on our pool deck, then a picnic lunch on the lake front. Arrive from the airport on a Jetboat, right to the front of our hotel reception and be welcomed to the resort with a glass of bubbly or mulled wine.

Have an outside conference session - on the Viewing Deck or down on the lakefront.
