The Ascot Room, the hotels largest conference room has a built in bar, perfect for large evening events with endless theming options. The Aintree room is a mid sized room perfect for product launches, sales seminars and full day meetings. The Totara, Manuka, Boardroom and Nikau room are ideal for smaller day meetings or breakout rooms.

The hotels layout and access is ideal for large tradeshows, product launches, automotive launches and Gala functions.  A comprehensive range of theming, activites and special events can be arranged for every type of function.

Our Ascot room is ideal for wedding receptions, catering for up to 170 guests and our smaller space which caters for up to 70 guests, making for an intimate wedding with close family and friends. A stylish and sophisticated option.

Subject to availability and for new event bookings only made between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2015 and consumed between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2016. Offer applies to wedding events only, block out dates may apply and a minimum numbers of guests are required – see each Hotel for required numbers.
