International Sheep Veterinary Congress New Zealand 2013
The International Sheep Veterinary Congress takes place every four years. The theme of the 2013 Congress is 'Connecting Sheep and Science'. Invited international speakers will be presenting on a variety of topics plus the opportunity exists for anybody to proffer a paper for presentation.
New Zealand sheep veterinarians look forward to welcoming and hosting their friends and colleagues from around the world to the 8th International Sheep Veterinary Congress (ISVC) to be held in Rotorua 18th - 22nd February 2013 at the Energy Events Centre.
Rotorua is the geothermal centre of New Zealand with geysers, boiling mud and other thermal wonders aplenty. In addition it could rightly describe itself as the Maori cultural capital of New Zealand. This is all set in a stunning natural setting of 16 lakes surrounded by bush and forest meaning there will be no shortage of attractions and activities for delegates and accompanying persons to enjoy. As a bonus it is surrounded by an extensive sheep farming industry.
