Located at the centre of New Zealand's cool little capital, Rydges Wellington provides the ideal setting for your upcoming conference. Our purpose-built and seamless conference floor offers five function spaces, including a dedicated pre-function space for catering, breakouts and trade.
Our three smaller Function Spaces can accommodate up to 55 delegates in theatre-style seating. All spaces have ceiling-mounted projectors, state-of-the-art technology, integrated screens and inbuilt audio offering a consistent standard in size and decor.
The largest space on the floor, the Grand Space can accommodate up to 230 in a cabaret table setup or 250 in theatre-style seating. Full-length windows throughout the conference floor ensure that each room receives an abundance of natural light.
A dedicated conference coordinator and AV technician is appointed for each event. They can discuss your requirements and provide recommendations to ensure the best conference solution is achieved.
