Turn your evening into a truly delicious affair at Panache on the Terrace, our intimate a la carte restaurant. Executive Chef Grant Brown has created a fantastic new menu featuring fresh local produce that you simply must experience.
Enjoy the warm, inviting atmosphere and views across to the Esplanade Park as you delve into entrees such as Coffin Bay oysters prepared two ways or a tea-smoked lamb salad. For the main event choose from a beautiful char-grilled pork cutlet rubbed with honey, garlic and thyme or crispy-skinned fillet of salmon or a dry-aged Harvey beef sirloin from the grill, just to name a few. Make sure you leave room for delectable desserts including Tia Maria laced crème brulee or Rocky Road cheesecake as well as a range of liqueur coffees.
