The hotel offers three well appointed meeting rooms as well as breakout rooms all of which feature an abundance of natural light and superb views of the Mount Panorama Racing Circuit.

Our flexible function space has removable walls, allowing us to create a space that suits your requirements. With a maximum capacity of 280 delegates, and no pillars obscuring delegates views, we have the location for you.

Half Day  Delegate Package (8.00am - 1.00pm OR 12.00pm - 5.30pm) from $50.00 per person/day

Full Day Delegate Package (8.00am - 5.30pm) from $59.00 per person/day

Executive Delegate Package (8.00am- 5:30pm) from $69.00 per person/day. Please enquire directly with our conference coordinator to tailor a package to you!

Small Meeting Package (8:00-5:30pm) from $45.00 per person/day. Maximum 20 attendees, booked within 4 weeks to function date.

 

Complimentary Cocktail Party Terms & Conditions:

Valid for bookings on the Full Day Delegate package of 50 delegates or more. Subject to space availability on dates requested. Valid for bookings made before 31st July 2014, event held prior to June 30th 2015. Not valid to be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. Offer not valid in conjunction with contracted conference rates. Offer must be mentioned at time of quote. Offer cannot be added on already confirmed events.
