Our Executive Chef has hand selected key Australian meat producing families to include Riverine grain fed beef from Southern Australia, Smithton Beef from the lush green pastures of Northern Tasmania and the marbled delicacy that is wagyu from the breeding stations of the Darling Downs in Southern Queensland. He then char grills your selected cut to your specifi cation – lightly seasoned and cooked just the way you like it…..
