Corporate Meeting Facilities

Horizons Resort offers four separate conference rooms catering up to 250 people and features a tented function room perfect for any special occasion

Horizons Family Bistro is light, open plan and includes a spectacular tented ceiling area - 19m x 10m
The Summit Room is the largest of our private conference rooms with air conditioning - 15m x 9m
Our Lakes Room is a bright comfortable room with internal and external access and is close to all amenities - 12m x 8m
The Boardroom is an intimate space for those small meetings - 6m x 4m

Accommodation

With our 83, self-contained apartments all having views over Lake Jindabyne or the Alpine Mountain range we are sure to find something that suits your group's taste. Whilst our spacious Studio Apartments are suitable for single or double/twin occupancy, our two bedroom Executive Suites are perfect for large conference groups to either twin, triple or four share.

Our friendly, professional wedding organisers work with couples to create a day full of wonderful memories - from the ceremony venue to stunning photography locations to the reception.  There is an extensive, creative menu and excellent selection of beverages. 

Wedding Ceremony & Reception
For example, couples may choice an outdoor ceremony at Lake Point and then return with guests to an elegant and individually decorated marquee style function room for a dinner reception or to the private terrace for a cocktail reception.  There are a number of romantic options available.

Terms and Conditions

Subject to availability and for new event bookings only made between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2015 and consumed between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2016. Offer applies to wedding events only, block out dates may apply and a minimum numbers of guests are required – see each Hotel for required numbers. Offer and inclusions subject to change at the discretion of the providing hotel.

Our accommodation in Snowy Mountains boast several multi-purpose rooms.

The friendly and professional Rydges Horizons Snowy mountains conference team can tailor a package to suit all your meetings and events needs and budget.  Everything can be customised from room layout to special themes to transport, accommodation, catering and activities.

There are two multi-purpose conference rooms that cater for up to 180 delegates theatre style or 220 people cocktail style.  Our food and beverage team will be on hand to create a menu to suit using the freshest local produce.
