Start your morning at our colourful juice station where you will find a variety of juice including our freshly made juice shots and smoothie shots of the day.

For those needing a quick dose of energy we have freshly brewed leaf tea & coffee along with an espresso coffee machine manned by our professional barista who can deliver your caffeine hit of the day.

"RISE" at Rydges combines a traditional buffet breakfast within a contemporary café style setting, blending a wide, fresh, healthy, organic and delectable range of breakfast choices to help you start your day.

Our hot section features all of your breakfast favourites including organic scrambled eggs, regular or streaky bacon, hash browns & pancakes with the introduction of wilted spinach, homestyle baked beans, potato rostis and gourmet chipolatas,  just to name a few.  Perhaps the highlight of our breakfast is our LIVE egg station, where you can request made to order omelettes, poached and fried eggs cooked daily by our Chefs.

Our cold section invites you to try the best in seasonal fruits, flavoured yoghurts, bircher muesli and parfaits.  Complimented by an array of cereal options and milks for every taste.  Be sure not to miss our bakery items including croissants, muffins and pastries baked every morning in our kitchen.  There is also an array of boutique breads with countless toppings and spreads.

RISE is available bright and early from 6:00am - 10:00am Monday to Friday and for those who need a little sleep-in it is available from 6:30am - 10:30am Saturday and Sunday

The "Fire and Ice" Buffet is a unique concept at Rydges Parramatta showcasing the very best of our Chefs innovation and creativity.  This allows you to participate in your dining experience by making it both interactive and fun.

"Fire and Ice" adds a touch of Al a Carte to the buffet experience where you get to choose your own fresh meat, poultry or seafood and the Chef will cook it exactly to your liking at the LIVE cooking station. 

Your options vary from mouth-watering steaks, chicken, prawns to kangaroo sausages, octopus, or even a whole fish.  While your main is being cooked there are plenty of other delights for you to enjoy.  For the seafood lovers, on display is a tantalising array of fresh seafood including cooked prawns and oysters.  You can also indulge in our freshly made daily mix of salads and antipasto selection and to accompany your main there is also a large range of different hot options for each evening ranging from a delectable display of fresh seasonable vegetables, potatoes, rice, curries, stews and paella dishes.

The best part about "Fire & Ice" is that it's "all you can eat", so you can keep on enjoying your favourites and sampling the best our Chefs have on offer.   If you have room for dessert, be prepared for a sugar hit from our sweets display.  Our Chefs serve up different cakes, slices, tarts, mousse and jelly cups daily.  Don't forget about our pancake machine either with its array of creams, berry compotes and other yummy extras.  It's always a winner!  Lastly, you can then finish off your meal with our bright and colourful fruit platters and cheese boards with all the accompaniments.

Steeds Club, Grill & Bar Restaurant won "Restaurant of the Year" in 2010 at The Parramatta Advertiser's Business Achiever Awards - Restaurant category.  To top it off, Shelley Watson, Steeds Supervisor also won Western Sydney "Employee of the Year".  Fantastic result all round.
