The Sydney Film Festival is one of the longest running events of its kind. Each year the festival brings the best new films from around the world to audience’s right here in Sydney, from Wednesday 5th June to Sunday 16th June.
The 12-day festival screens feature films, documentaries, short films and animation from around the world in venues across the city including the State Theatre, Event Cinemas George Street, Dendy Opera Quays and the Art Gallery of NSW. New this year is Sydney Film Festival Hub at Lower Town Hall, featuring free exhibitions, talks, panels, parties, live music, performances and DJ’s in the Mitsubishi Theatrette.
