The Gold Coast International "5 Nights in Fiji" promotion and is available exclusively at the Gold Coast International and in conjunction with the following types of "Eligible Meeting or Events.
- An eligible meeting or event must be booked and deposited (non refundable) between 01/02/2009 - 30/06/2009.
- An eligible meeting or event must be completed by 31/12/2009.
- An eligible meeting or event requires a 25% non refundable deposit to the meeting or events total value.
- An eligible meeting or event must have a minimum spend that exceeds $20,000 AUD with a minimum of 60 accommodation room nights associated to the meeting or event.
- The "5 nights in Fiji" offer cannot be backdated nor retrospectively applied to any pre-existing booking confirmed and deposited prior to 01/02/2009.
- The "5 nights in Fiji" reward includes 5 nights accommodation including breakfast for 2 people with airfares (subject to availability) in a standard room only. All other charges incurred are the responsibility of the guest.
- The "5 nights in Fiji" reward for an eligible meeting or event cannot be transferred nor redeemed for cash or credit.
- The "5 nights in Fiji" reward redemption must be used by 30/12/2009 and cannot be extended.
- All travel/airline arrangements for the "5 nights in Fiji" are to be conducted directly and exclusively with the Gold Coast International Hotel.
