The "Conference Cashback" offer is provided by Rydges Hotels and Resorts Pty Limited ABN 48 050 035 268 ("Rydges Hotels & Resorts") and is available only in conjunction with the following types of "Eligible Meeting or Events".

Rydges Gift Card Dollars can be used to redeem Accommodation and Food & Beverage, meals, bar tabs, room service and other services that can be charged to a guest account folio at a Participating Hotels.

Conference Cashback eligible meeting or event

- An eligible meeting or event includes conference and catered events such as residential conferences, day delegate packages, banquets, weddings, cocktail and seated dinner functions.

- An eligible meeting or event must be booked between 01/02/2009 - 30/06/2009.

- An eligible meeting or event must be completed by 30/12/2009.

- An eligible meeting or event requires a 25% non refundable deposit to the meeting or events total value.

- An eligible meeting or event must have a minimum spend that exceeds $2000 AUD / $2000NZD on Food & Beverage and or a minimum of 10 accommodation rooms associated an in-house meeting or event.

- An eligible meeting or event can booked by a professional conference organiser.

- The Conference Cashback offer cannot be backdated nor retrospectively applied to any pre-existing booking confirmed and deposited prior to 01/02/2009.

- Only one Rydges Gift Card will be issued per eligible meeting or event to a single individual.

Conditions of use for Conference Cashback Rydges Gift Cards

- Rydges Gift Card credit can redeemed at all participating Rydges Hotels and Resorts as per the programs existing Terms & Conditions. For full terms and conditions go to http://www.rydges.com/giftcard/tc.asp

- Rydges Gift Card are issued in local currency $AUD or $NZD dollar amounts.

- Rydges Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

- Rydges Gift Card can only be redeemed in local currency with $AUD Gift Card only redeemable in Australian Hotels whilst $NZD Gift Card are only redeemable in New Zealand Hotels.

- The maximum value earned by a eligible meeting or event as part of the Conference Cashback Promotion and placed on Rydges Gift Cards is $5000 AUD or $5000 NZD.

- Each $500 AUD/NZD increment derived via eligible meeting or event is rounded down to the lower $500 increment to be rewarded with $50 credit on a Rydges Gift Card credit.
For example:

$2,000 - $2,499 total event spend = $200 Rydges Gift Card
$2,500 - $2,999 total event spend = $250 Rydges Gift Card
$3,000 - $3,499 total event spend = $300 Rydges Gift Card
$3,500 - $3,999 total event spend = $350 Rydges Gift Card

Maximum value paid up to is $50,000 total event spend = $5,000 Rydges Gift Card

- Rydges Gift Cards are issued in maximum $1000 denominations.

- Free use of a "data projector" is restricted to one unit per event (subject to availability).

- The "booker" of qualifying meeting or event may choose to have their Rydges Gift Card issued in the name of another recipient.

- Rydges Gift Cards issued as part of the Conference Cashback Promotion may be transferred and redeemed by another user.

- Rydges Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

- No cash or change is given for any unredeemed credit held on Rydges Gift Card.

- In the event of a Rydges Gift Card being lost or stolen, customer are not entitled to a cash refund of any unused credit retained on the Rydges Gift Card.

- Rydges Gift Cards cannot be bought & re-sold by via 3rd party auction sites. Any Rydges Gift Card found for sale on such sites will be deemed null and void and electronically cancelled.

- Rydges Conference Cashback Gift Cards will be despatched to the nominated Event Booker within 7 workings days of the reciept of an 'eligible meeting or events' non refundable deposit. Physical delivery of the Rydges Conference Cashback Gift Cards will take a further 10 14 working days.

Rydges Hotels & Resorts located in Fiji, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom are NON Participating Hotels in the Conference Cashback promotion.
