Subject to room & rate availability. Black out dates may apply. Offer is available for new bookings and events made and consumed between 21 May 2012 and 24 December 2013.

10% discount will apply to total cost of room hire, ddp, event food and beverages and accommodation. Not included: AV, Staging and theming.

FREE Coffee Machine will be awarded to eligible conference & event bookings in Australia with a minimum spend of $2,000 for a combination of room hire, event foods & refreshments, ancillary event services including AV, staging and theming costs. The retail value for the Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine is $299. Coffee machine is not redeemable for cash or future credit. The delivery of the selected 'coffee machine' is at the expense of Rydges Hotels & Resorts. The 'gift with purchase' will be delivered to the Customer after they have consumed and paid for their event. A coffee machine of similar quality and value will be supplied for eligible bookings in New Zealand.

On request PCO's will be awarded 15% commission. 

PriorityGUEST Reward Booker Points will be applied to individual and corporate bookings only. Note, Booker Points will not applied for bookings at Thredbo Alpine Hotel (Non-Participating Hotel).
