Discover the World at Mundo’, a new global tapas and cocktail bar located near one of Sydney’s most iconic beaches in the very heart of Cronulla. ‘Mundo’ is the Sutherland Shire’s newest contemporary and global dining experience.
The Spanish translation for ‘Mundo’ is “the world” and as the name suggests this new and exciting venue has taken inspiration from the best that the world’s cuisine has to offer. ‘Mundo’ offers an eclectic and exciting menu of tapas-style and small plate dishes with a focus on bold, true flavours and fresh local produce. The menu is ideal for sharing with friends and is accompanied by one of the best offerings of interesting wines and winemakers from around the globe, along with fantastic cocktails and a full spirit and beer selection.
‘Mundo’ is a funky, sophisticated yet casual spot to call your own. It provides an intimate, intriguing space with a combination of warm, subdued tones, comfy seating and designer fittings which offer the perfect ambience for a romantic rendezvous or casual drinks and dinner with friends. Patrons are invited to relax in the venue’s outdoor area – the perfect position to sit back and enjoy the panoramic views of Cronulla Beach.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff complete the relaxed, casual feel and are on hand to assist and recommend ‘taste and tipple’ combinations to tempt even the fussiest of diners. This is the place you will want to spend many days and nights eating and drinking your way around the globe.
Management of the venue are extremely pleased and proud of Mundo. The recently completed renovations more than exceed our expectations and we are very excited about delivering a new and unique dining experience to the local community.
