"June 16th sees the launch of the brand new Steeds Menu. Some of the old favourites will remain, but there will be plenty of new flavours to give you a completely new experience. Here's a sneak peak of just a couple of the menu items:
szechuan salt & pepper crispy prawns
w/ chill lime aioli
hoison peking duck crepes
w/ shallot & pickled cucumber
braised grain fed beef cheek
w/ baby winter vegetables & port thyme jus
outback surf & turf
shiraz & honey kangaroo w/ sweet potato parsnip mash, grilled king prawn, black berry jus
chocolate brulee
w/ espresso anglaise & toffee shards

Steeds Club Grill and Bar, located at Rydges Hotel Parramatta invites you to dine on a wide array of Australian premium aged beef and local seafood prepared in our Char-grill kitchen.
Executive Chef Shawn Pyne uses the most premium quality beef with minimum seasoning to allow the produce to speak for itself. This beautiful Restaurant has a menu that changes seasonally with a variety of flavours to suit all palates.
