Part of the historic Coro Hotel Complex, Lure last year took the award as The Australian Restaurant and Catering Association’s “Best New Restaurant”. Chef Mark Maric’s impeccable culinary credentials include stints at such stellar establishments as Chez Pannise & Rockpool. The emphasis is most definitely upon seafood, which uses and highlights the freshest seasonal offerings, but more traditional meat and fowl dishes are also offered.
