If small is beautiful, then the tiny, but perfectly formed ‘Anise’ wins every time. This 21 SEAT establishment is a gem, as much wine bar as purveyor of fabulous French rustic fare, but securing a seat here still remains the biggest challenge. If you are are lucky enough to score one of the seventeen bar stools or one of the four window seats, you’re in for a real treat.
