The Caxton Hotel

As Queensland as ‘King Wally’ himself, the Caxton Hotel is a friendly unpretentious pub. With its location a mere drop kick away from Suncorp Stadium, the home of Rugby League in the state, sport is always a very popular topic of conversation. If the Bronco’s, Lions, the Reds or, god forbid, the Queensland Origin team are playing its always a lively scene. DJ’s and live music are often on later in the week and with a 5am licence over the weekend, if the local team wins, a big night is usually on the cards.
