Chairman & Yip

Canberra would not be Canberra without the Chairman and Yip. Seasons ebb and flow, Kim Beasley comes and goes and then comes again, the Raiders & Brumbies on field form oscillates but this quirky institution continues to mellow and age beautifully. The Asian fusion menu contains the old favourites with spice to spare, but it’s the ambience which continues to entice, entertain and enthrall. The service is fun and attentive with the locals still flocking here to enjoy a dressy night out. It remains a firm favourite despite the occasional idiosyncrasy.
