We love a restaurant named after a vegetable, especially if it also completely confuses Microsoft Word spell checker and half the planet’s population. To the Italians and Australians, it’s a zucchini, but to the French and Canberrans its Courgette, whatever vernacular you choose, we like this establishment named in its honour, the newest and most upmarket addition to Chef James Mussilion’s culinary empire.
Clean and simple flavours abound on a tight and well-constructed Mod Oz menu. The fit-out is luxurious and with good staff and a great team working the floor, both visitors and locals have been flocking here.
