Unfortunately neither a great room nor physical space make up for bad service or average food. Thankfully, Ottoman Cuisine, which arguably has the best dining room in town, also offers some of the Capital’s best dining. For over 12 years, Chef and owner Serif Kaya has been exploring the intricacies of Turkish cuisine and the results are often spectacular. The floor staff is willing and able to lead the uninitiated through the vast menu and their guidance is often invaluable. Dishes range from kebabs through seafood to offal, and exploration is all part of the dining experience.
