Artespresso

The demise of the very popular ‘Atlantic’, a feted Canberra restaurant did produce at least one silver lining. The lively Artespresso is home to three talented ex ‘Atlantic’ alumni and this venue allows them to ply their trade and exhibit their considerable culinary prowess. Chef Dean Sammut ‘rattles the pans’ in this upbeat, boisterous space with real aplomb and an assured touch. The menu is Mod Oz, but with a refined and playful edge. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menus always have good dishes to choose from and although occasionally rather noisy, it remains a great local dining option.
