This new seafood restaurant has caused quite a slash since its recent opening. It has garnered great reviews and continues to reel in the patrons The lure for customers is Chef Jeff Hudgin’s simple yet elegant fare and Chris Hansen, owner of Canberra’s culinary institutions, Chairman & Yip. This mix of talent certainly bodes well for the future, but for the present, it’s a top spot for the freshest fish & chips through to a more complete dining experience.
