We thoroughly concur with Chef and part owner, Andrew McConnell being adjudged Chef of the Year and his funky yet fabulous restaurant, Three, One, Two rightfully being named as the Best New Restaurant at the recent 2007 The Age Good Food Guide awards.

With a stellar C.V and stints in some of Melbourne’s finer establishments, McConnell has truly found his calling within this collection of small, but beautifully presented dining rooms. The winning combination of a superbly structured menu packed with flavour and surprise, deft yet artful presentation and dark sexy fit-out is very hard to resist. The experience is further enriched by a great wine list and knowing and assured service To really experience the alchemy on show, the degustation menu really the way to go, but grazing from breakfast through lunch menu’s is always a pleasure.
