If the Espy’s all a bit too “rock n roll” and sticky carpets for you, the laid back and chilled out Saint Hotel, also located in St Kilda, is another local favourite.
A friendly neighbourhood pub set in the heart of this vibrant and eclectic community, it’s a nice spot in which to grab a beer or something to eat, especially after you’ve had a leisurely amble along the famed Promenade or buzzy Acland Street. The small Asian themed garden is popular if the weather is nice, but remember this is Melbourne, so it’s quite possible that the pub’s large log fire is also getting a work out.
