As the name suggests this award-winning restaurant cum wine-bar is indeed ‘a must’. A funky, yet friendly establishment, it offers patrons over 500 wines from the main list whilst over 40 offerings are available by the glass (Reidel stemware of course). The bistro cuisine is French provincial inspired and Executive Chef Russell Blaikie’s assured touch ensures style and consistency whilst Head Chef and master charcutier Andre Mahe continues to produce wonderful terrines, pates and sausages. Good staff and excellent fit-out complete the picture.
