This establishment is definitely one of Perth’s finest restaurants. UK born and trained Chef Neal Jackson has for 6 years steered Jackson’s into the upper echelons of culinary excellence by adroitly using his considerable cooking talents and subtle humour in equal measure. The room is warm and inviting with peaceful pastel hues. The menu is Modern Australian in every sense, it’s robust and adventurous but never lapses into ‘foodie nonsense’ - emulsions and bubbles are best left in a laboratory in our opinion!
The service is assured and friendly and the 9-course degustation with wines even at $140 per person is a serious bargain.
