You’ve gotta love a city which has a 1000 acres of parkland less than 2 kilometers from the heart of the Central Business District.
Kings Park is part of Perth’s psyche and the locals and tourists alike flock here to enjoy a fantastic mix of natural bushland, parkland and formal gardens. The park and Botanic Gardens are amongst the most visited sites in the State attracting countless visitors a year. Situated on the slopes of Mount Eliza and flanking the Swan River, the views are stunning and it’s a fantastic place for a walk, a picnic, letting the kids run wild or simply lazing around in the sunshine.
